PERSONALITY:

Lo, oh boy, where do we start? She’s the biggest sweet heart you will ever meet in your life. With natural manners, she’ll hold open a door for you or add ma’am or sir without a second thought. If there was one thing her messed up family ever did for her, it was show her how to treat people. Her rudeness level only peaks past negative eight when someone’s really getting to her, and her patience and tolerance levels are also pretty high, so if she’s pissed and snaps on you… Well you just deserve it. She may not seem like the kind of girl who always says the right things, calls her boyfriend in the middle of the day just to say she missed him, or will stuff as many roses as possible in your locker on Valentine’s Day, but that’s where appearances can be deceiving.

Along with being abnormally polite, she’s very down to earth and levelheaded. But don’t get me wrong, her hyper persona does shine through from time to time, so badly in fact that when she was younger her father thought she might have ADHD. Jack is always up for a party, and tends to be life of it. She’s not super big on drinking, but she can’t exactly turn one down easily either. The type that would be there to let you cry on her shoulder after a fight with your girlfriend, Lo has always had more friends that were guys than girls. She’s a good listener and won’t offer her opinion unless you ask for it. Respect with her is essential. There’s a lot that she’ll put up with, but if you don’t respect her or her art, she won’t hesitate to beat the crap out of you.

Now, she’s not perfect, as she tends to be quite cynical and distrusting. If you wrong her once, she won’t trust you again in most circumstances. To be honest, she’ll forget before she forgives, and even if she doesn’t remember what she hated you for, she’ll just know that she hates you. When she gets angry, her rage gets as out of control as her hyper active behavior. Oh yeah, and when she’s stressed, all I have to say is throw drum sticks at her and run, because she’ll most likely pick a fight with you. Though she’s not full of herself, she does always feel the need to prove herself, even to those that know what she’s capable of. That’s just how she’s always been.

HISTORY:

Lo’s mother, like so many New Yorkers, had her first child young. After Lo’s birth, she suffered from bad depression. Only a few months later, she became pregnant again. While she was pregnant, the hormones seemed to keep her in a better mood, so no one was really to concerned about her anymore. However, once Lo’s younger sister was born, their mother pretty much lost it completely. She tried to kill both kids, but luckily Mr. Rivers was home from the record company he took over from his father to restrain her. Of course, she was then deemed irresponsible and such, and sent to an institution, leaving Lo’s father to take care of both girls full time.

Because of this turn of fate, Lauren pretty much grew up in the studio. She was always around musicians and the recording process, and she picked up the drums as a way to vent and relax. She doesn’t play them often, but she’s pretty good. When she turned sixteen she started working for her father, sorting through sent in demos and such. Since then she’s been moved up to managing a few bands and making sure that they’re not screwing things up. She handled All Time Low’s touring and shit, so after their tour she was sent to London to keep them in check. Almost like a built in babysitter. Fun, right?

During that length of time, she ended up falling for Blaze, whom she’d had a thing with when they were both fifteen. It started off as a fling, but it turned into something more. Next thing you know, the two are talking about forever. Shortly after returning to school to finish their senior year, the two got engaged, and even sooner after found out that they were expecting twins. Ryder and Bandit came along nine months later. By then, they’d already relocated to Hawaii to start settling down. Or, as much as you can expect a musician’s family to settle, anyway.
