ava & holden: he'd be like an older brother to ava :) so friends, even though she's eighteen.
penny & holden: i see enemies. penny's been taken to the hospital a few times to have her stomach pumped, so maybe holden knows her from around the island and he's been one of the paramedics who helped her? i dunno, it seems like he'd see penny as irresponsible and stupid and yeah i just don't see them getting along.
