hey everyone! so i have scarlett here and she is a tourist in hawaii, possibly a new resident, she is seventeen years old. she is one really messed up girl with tons of issues. she is an alcoholic and was abandoned by her mother as a child. the things she has gone through and her fears of being abandoned anymore have caused her to become very guarded and quiet. she really isn't that bad, she can be sweet and emotional, though that doesn't really show unless you know her and find a way to break through her hard shell. she the best to have a good time with when you want to party and forget all your worries. she is also a very loyal and caring friend who will be there for you no matter what, just don't get on her bad side because she really does have a horrible temper. she was born in london, england and her two gay uncles practically raised her after her mother had left her behind, not wanting her anymore. she is not very happy with her life so far and is lost, she came to hawaii to find herself though she really isn't sure what that means. so she has most of her stuff in her hotel room and has no idea when she'll be heading home. she does need some supportive friends for sure. she is a very sexy and seductive though is in no way a slut. she comes off cruel and mysterious and some things she does causes people to hate her though everything she does has a purpose to it and usually she is secretly trying to help everyone, confusing? she is pretty laid back, she is also impatient, clever, and quiet. she also really doesn't trust people to easily so its hard to get to know her. anyways she needs everything, best friends, friends, friends with benefits, enemies, currents, exes, and future. i'm also looking for a final for her but it must be some epic plot, yes? lol okay so she pretty much just needs everything and any plot you can come up with, so please please help me out here haha.

She is an alcoholic, So is he. They could definitely drink together.. He never had a "bad" childhood or anything but he finds it hard to trust people. He doesn't ever even think about relationships, just one night stands and people to mess around with and have fun with..or so he says. Deep down he's really lonely, and misunderstood. To the outer surface he's just a drug dealing, alcoholic, who parties to much and likes cheap women. From what I read they both go to parties and such when feeling down and take it too far, getting themselves intoxicated. Although he's a mess, he still is a good friend and treats people he likes well. Although his mouth gets him in trouble because he knows NO limits as to what you can and can't say to people.She was born in london, england...so was he. They could've met there?
