PERSONALITY:

zane's a closed off person. he likes to keep his business his own, and doesn't like to get involved with everyone else's problems. he's mature for his age, and has always acted older than he is. he can be rude to people who annoy him, and has a low tolerance when it comes to being annoyed. being hyper and perky just rubs him the wrong way, and being a lazy ass who wont do anything annoys him just the same. he's honest and blunt, and will speak his mind, he loves to tell people off, and tends to take his anger out on random people he doesn't know. he was brought up to be polite, and will be polite to people when he meets them, even if zane thinks he's better than them. he's selfish and cocky, and always has himself on the brain. he does what will give him the greatest benefit, and tends to ignore others feelings.

he doesn't know how to deal with his emotions, and just buries them deep inside. he never expresses happiness or love, because he doesn't know how. he thinks things through rationally, and usually makes the right decision, but can be impulsive and reckless some times, and just acts without a thought. he doesn't like to get close to people because of the emotional pain they can cause, and like stated before doesn't think that other people really have any right to his business. he doesn't make friends easily, and puts up barriers to keep people from knowing too much about him. he holds grudges, and judges heavily on first impressions.

HISTORY:

growing up zane had a pretty normal childhood. both of his parents worked from home and were always there to shower him with love and watch as their baby boy grew to a mischievous child. zane was always a talkative little child, and relatives and family friends always told charles and jenna about how impressed they were with the high skill level for speech the small boy had. however when he started school, his friendliness, and talkativeness seemed to instantly vanish. zane became more quiet, and avoided all the big crowds of people at school and stayed by himself mostly, making a few friends.

he started to play lacrosse when he was seven years old. originally he was supposed to play football, but zane refused to wear shin pads and thought it was a sissy sport, so charles asked zane what he wanted to play, and signed him up for lacrosse. being part of a team thought zane how to get a long and interact with other kids, and it also let him get some frustration out, while he played. he was a polite boy until he stepped foot on the lacrosse field. he was beast out there, and charles was quite impressed with his sons aggression and determination out on the field.

zane continued to play lacrosse all through high school. while he wasn't the nicest kid in all of his classes, lacrosse helped him gain popularity. he was friends with his teammates, and that was about it. he never dated in high school, he didn't want a girl friend. they were dramatic and time consumers, and it was just so much easier to pick up a cheerleader or some random girl for the night. he was a douche with girls and knew it. he never called them back, gave them fake numbers, and often if he hung out with them longer than a night, were seeing other girls too. he just saw girls as objects.

he was given a full ride scholarship to oxford university for lacrosse. zane was not only talented on the sports field, but he was also very intelligent, especially when it came to marketing and economics. he studied commerce at oxford and continued to play lacrosse. he was still the same person, closed off, polite, and an ass. when his sophomore year of college had come to an end, his parents were killed in a car accident. a drunk driver had ran a red light and hit them at full speed, killing both jenna and charles on impact. zane who had never been much of a drinker vowed to never have a drink again and took the death of his parents badly. he locked himself in his room and just sat there, staring at his tv, refusing to talk to anyone. he was kicked out of oxford his junior year, due to his failiure to complete the required courses and he didn't give a fuck. all zane knew was he needed to get out of london, so he decided to sell his parents house and travel, and ended up in hawaii.
