PERSONALITY:

Asher is an incredibly sweet and gentle soul. She’s the kind of girl that would give her last dollar to help someone else without a second thought. She’s selfless, in most cases, and she’s the kind of person that can relate to almost everyone on some level or another. Ash is bright and bubbly, and almost always has a smile on her face. She’s known for being able to work a room like a socialite, but sometimes she can be sickly sweet.

Even though the girl’s practically a saint, she has her dark side. When she slips into one of her moods, she can change from laughing to screaming in seconds. She’s a little vengeful, and she doesn’t forgive easily. She’s the type who would give a stranger all the trust in the world, but once you wrong her, it’s ground zero.

HISTORY:

abraham and joan met in high school, and instantly hit it off. they were best friends for as long as anyone could remember, and that was just how things went. until one night, when joan got unbelievably drunk and slept with abraham. that was how mae was created. call it a shot gun wedding, or whatever you choose, but they married each other and started to try and get life together, right out of high school. mae was soon born, and life went on. a few years later, asher was born.
Asher was raised a lot differently than her older sister was. where mae was restricted in almost everything that she did, ash had a lot freer of a childhood. She dabbled in everything from gymnastics to music, just trying everything out for a little while to get a good taste of what she wanted out of life. mae was the more studious kid, where ash was almost always out playing and doing just enough to get by in school. she had the attention of her parents, and that was all that she really wanted anyway. so why work for something you got regardless?

Her high school years were practically perfect in the sense of what almost every kid dreams of before they start freshman year. She was a cheerleader for the first year and decided that wasn’t what she wanted, but of course by then everyone already knew her name. she spent the next two years floating between crowds and boyfriends, trying to find her place in everything. But then her older sister pushed it too far and got kicked out. Asher didn’t think much of it at first, but she started to get lonely without her.

As much as the teen hated everything that her older sister had done, she couldn’t help but start to gravitate slowly toward it. it started with music, and slowly picked up speed to where she was doing everything her sister did – except sleep with people and smoke. The more and more she does it, the more she hates herself, but her jealousy of all those great times her sister surely had kept her moving steadily into the dark and away from everything she ever believed in.
