i think bee and dallas would get along really well. as we kinda decided in the ic they're pretty much neighbors! so i could definitely see them being really close friends. they're both rich and seem to have the same sense of humor. also if atticus is friends with dallas, bee probably would be too since atti is her best friend. plus there's all these really cute pictures!

anyways i have to characters, ava and penny. with ava she's really sweet and friendly, and i don't really see the two talking all that much, she's in school and just probably wouldn't see him around that much. with penny, well she used to be really rich, her dad is a wealthy stock investor an her mom's an heiress. penny recently got cut off from her parents because she's been embarassing them with her wild ways and her decisions to not go to college. so maybe penny and dallas could have known each other before she got cut off, and he didn't hear about her being cut off so he still thinks she's rich? so they'll be friends but then he finds out she's not anymore and then yeah.
