wow. penny and casey are like the same person. i could see them sitting in a circle in casey's apartment on the floor, smoking a bowl, giggling, and talking about how disgusting meat is. they would most definitely be best friends and be together as much as possible.
i can even see penny trying to get casey to surf and for casey to wipe out.
